Creating Pages
Pages can be added to the sitemap using the toolbar and context menu.
Toolbar
Click the first button Add Child Page in the Sitemap toolbar to add a child page to the currently selected page.
Context Menu
Right click a page in the sitemap to open the context menu.
The Add menu in the context menu allows you to add a Child Page, Sibling Page Before, or Sibling Page After the page that the context menu was opened from.
