Configuring Specifications – How to create Headers and Footers
Headers and Footers can be added to the specification either in the Word Template file or in the Preface document.
If a header or footer exist in the template either for the first page or all pages, the settings will override any headers and footers in the preface document. If they do not exist in the template then the preface doc headers and footers will be generated. If they do no exist in either, the header and footer will be blank in the specification.
