Generating CSV Reports

Click Generate->More Generators and Configurations in the main menu to open the Generator Configurations dialog. Select a configuration for the CSV Reports generator. By default, a configuration called Csv Report 1 is created for new files. Click Generate to open the Configure Csv Reports dialog.

The Page Report, generates a CSV report of page notes on pages and masters to the specified file. You can select which pages and masters to include in the report as well as which page notes to generate for each page and master.

The Object Report, generates a CSV report of annotations on objects on the selected pages and masters to the specified file. You can also specify which fields to include in the report.

After configuring the CSV reports, click Generate to generate the reports to the destination files. Microsoft Excel will launch automatically and open the reports.
