Annotation Views
Annotation views are a subset of the annotation fields and are used to view and edit the subset of fields in the Annotations and Interactions pane. Views can be used when collecting annotations for different audiences.
To edit annotation views, click on Customize Fields and Views in the Annotations and Interactions pane. The Customize Fields and Views dialog will appear. Using the dialog you can add, edit, remove, and rename the views.
Adding a new view or selecting a view and clicking Edit will open the Custom View dialog. In this dialog, you can add, remove, and reorder the fields in the view.
